Tax Senior
We are seeking Tax Seniors to provide quality income tax services to clients and to look for ways to provide value-added services where needed.
This person will be responsible for the preparation of 1120, 1120S, 1065 and other relevant returns for business entities. Responsibilities also include tax planning and research.
Position Requirements:
As a successful candidate, you will have at least 2-5 years public accounting experience in preparation and review of corporate taxes, partnerships, and S corps. This position also requires a BS degree in Accounting. CPA or work toward CPA strongly desired. Strong communication skills, professional presence and attention to detail are imperative.

Tax Manager
We are seeking Managers to provide clients with tax guidance and planning with a focus on implementing tax strategies that align with the client’s business objectives and to manage and review tax compliance and consulting deliverables.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations.
- Build client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business.
- Help to develop and guide staff and other junior tax professionals by providing effective performance feedback and ensuring team responsibilities are consistent with skills and developmental goals.
- Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to moderately complex situations.
- Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude and by maintaining the confidential and proprietary nature of client relationships and related work products.
- Promote new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by developing a thorough understanding of TaxOps methodologies and tools to enhance service delivery; keeping team members informed of work status; and proactively seeking opportunities to provide tax services to existing and new clients.

- A bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or a related field (an advanced degree in tax or law is highly desirable).
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant tax experience in a public accounting or tax consulting firm.
- CPA certification.
- Broad exposure to federal income taxation.
- Excellent managerial, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Established record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships.
SALT (State & Local Tax) Manager/Senior Manager
We are seeking a SALT Manager to be responsible for delivery of quality SALT services to our clients and the promotion of our SALT practice in the marketplace.
