As the Operations Manager for TaxOps, Andrea’s primary responsibility is to ensure that our service providers have the facilities, services, staffing and support to be successful in their roles and allow them to focus their full-time efforts on client service.  In addition, Andrea is spearheading our client outreach and marketing program, website development, and a number of other on-going projects with the objective of increasing our operational efficiency.

 Andrea joined the TaxOps team in 2010 after working with a private CPA firm for five years.  In that position, she managed human resources, benefits, software, technology, educational/certification requirements, recruiting, client relations, facilities and oversaw a support staff.  In addition, she handled a diverse portfolio of clients providing income tax preparation, sales and use tax filings and bookkeeping services.  Prior to that, Andrea held positions in recruiting, office management and supervision.
