Natalie Massaro

Natalie’s welcoming personality is perfectly complemented by a performance-driven work ethic. You’ll see a personal touch in her many efforts to keep the office running smoothly, from client communications and in-person visits to technology support.

Part of Natalie’s job is to anticipate what comes next. Her ability to think forward on client needs, honed in previous client service positions, sets the stage for a mutually rewarding business relationship. Clear communication, confidentiality and constant learning are hallmarks of her working style. 

Natalie joined TaxOps in the merger with AG Tax and Consulting Inc. Previously, she spent several years with a local mid-tier accounting firm and 21 years with telecommunications giant Verizon Wireless. From retail sales and technical support to ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints as a member of the Executive Relations Team, Natalie got on the phones and acted as an agent in the early years of her career with Verizon. Later, Natalie used this experience, and broad understanding of the daily pressures and challenges call center staff experience, to effectively support ten Associate Directors responsible for the regional call center, a facility with over 1,500 customer service employees serving customers in four states. 

When Natalie steps away from work, she can be seen volunteering with a local dog rescue group, snapping photos, and indulging her passion for good wine and food.
