Sherri Overdorf

Tax Manager

Sherri started her career focusing on income tax compliance for individuals and personal service corporations and in 1998 moved to Denver and took a position with Ernst & Young and was promoted to Tax Manager in 2001 where she focused on corporate income tax compliance. Sherri joined TaxOps, LLC in 2005.

Sherri graduated in 1989 from Anderson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a CPA in Colorado and Indiana and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of CPA’s.
